In 1985, Raymond Harnois realised his dream to have his own pastry shop. It all began in Trois Rivières.
Here he was able to create original, exclusive cakes and pastries which won many prizes in the culinary world.
The Trois Rivières leg of the journey ended December 31, 2002 . In May 2003 La boutique du chocolat relocated to Mont-Royal Avenue to the great pleasure of chocolate amateurs and connoisseurs.
